While labour is cheaper in China, it seems that most western companies are not familiar with the Chinese culture and languages, which may lead to failure of adopting IPO (expensive in relation to efficiency and effectiveness), and/or facing product problems (one of the worst case is problems associated with arrived shipments) due to misunderstandings or unfaithfulness.

While agency service is a middleman-like service that focuses on sourcing services for small and non-routine orders, IPO service is for bigger firms where a total solution is required.
We are responsible of sourcing reliable manufacturers for our Clients and offer factory price. We have many footwear, garment, accessories factory in China, so basically we are able to quot prices in different range all depend on the product, quantity and quality standard our buyer require.
If Clients has their own selected factories and would like us to porvide inspections services , we will charge 5%, not including traveling charges, it will be paid by buyer.
